I designed something very similar for my Dad about this time last year. It took me three full days in CAD to work out all the bits and pieces. Using GCrafter, I was able to iterate through a number of different permutations of dimensions, design and assembly. Two hours. Start to finish. Pretty sure these things, with two 15" woofers a piece are going to shake the house apart.
